To be Eligible for the Karen McKellin International Leader of Tomorrow Award, Applicants must meet the Criteria:
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living outside Canada for two years prior to enrolling full-time at UBC and be currently enrolled full-time at UBC;
- Have completed 90 credits with no more than 30% below average grades;
- Have participated in extracurricular activities during high school (e.g., sports team captain);
- Candidates should be international students Candidates should have a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Candidates should have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (iBT/IBT) or 100 on paper and 6 on computer based tests (CBT).
- Candidates who are not currently full-time students may apply for one of the two award categories: The Karen McKellin International Leader of Tomorrow Award
- A candidate must also meet all other criteria listed below in order to apply for these awards.
