Who can apply for Alan Chan HDR PhD Scholarships?
The scholarship is available for international students to pursue Doctoral degree programs. The aim of the scholarships is to prepare students for a career as a professional academic with a research emphasis, and/or as a professional in their chosen field.
The scholarship is available for international students to pursue Doctoral degree programs at Bond University in Australia; it does not matter where you come from or what your nationality may be (i.e., whether you are Australian, American, British). It also does not matter how old you are when applying this scholarship; however, if your parents were born overseas then they will need evidence from them showing that they have been living here since before they were 18 years old (or younger).

You might be wondering, “Can I study in Australia?” The answer is yes! You can study any degree, any discipline and even complete your studies with a diploma or certificate. All you need is the right scholarship which will allow you to do so.

It’s important to note that there are different types of scholarships available for international students studying in Australia. A lot of them require candidates to have some prior experience working overseas before applying for these programs; however there are some exceptions where applicants without previous work experience can still apply if they meet certain requirements such as having an Australian citizen parent who has worked full-time during their childhood years (up until age 15).

In addition, overseas student health cover will be provided for both the primary and additional cardholders. Overseas student health cover does not include Mutual Obligations requirements.
- Primary Cardholder: The person who has a Commonwealth supported place or an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of at least 60% who is applying for your scholarship. If you are applying as an international student, you must submit your own passport number as part of this process.
- Additional Cardholder: A dependent of the primary cardholder who will accompany him/her on the journey to Australia and need to apply separately for their own scholarships if they wish to be considered as one of his/her dependents by us. Children aged under 18 years old cannot apply themselves; instead they must be listed on their parent’s application form together with details about each child’s individual circumstances so that we can determine whether or not he/she qualifies for any financial assistance offered by our program. Dependent refers not only family members but also other people whom one might consider “dependent” upon such as friends or colleagues etcetera – all dependents must meet certain eligibility criteria before being accepted into our program.
